Everything it sees lands on your map
GisiBot is Mapify's autonomous robotics programme — a humanoid and a robot dog working the same site. The humanoid walks interior space at human height, answers questions and carries out tasks; the robot dog takes the stairs, slopes and rough ground it cannot. Everything either of them detects, captures or measures is geo-tagged and lands straight in the Gisify dashboard.

Overview
GisiBot runs on two platforms that share one map. The humanoid works at human height and human pace — it walks interior spaces, reads its surroundings with built-in lidar, holds a conversation and carries out tasks on request. The robot dog takes the ground the humanoid cannot: stairs, slopes, rough terrain and the long outdoor rounds, carrying a top-mounted lidar and sensors you can swap out for the job. Between them a site is covered once — indoors and out, on one map.
On top of both, Mapify adds what a working site actually needs: lidar mapping with automatic patrol routing, obstacle detection that reroutes on the spot, face recognition against your authorised database, a voice assistant that answers in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese, gesture control and follow-me for hands-full fieldwork, and swappable sensors for soil, air and crop health. Everything the robots capture flows one way — into Gisify. Detections, images and readings are pinned to the exact spot they were taken and land on the dashboard live — ground truth you can analyse the moment it is collected.
GisiBot is already at performance grade — the units Mapify deploys are market-ready, not demonstrators. The module keeps growing from there: new functions are developed against real operational demand and customised by sector, so a plantation deployment, a warehouse deployment and a campus deployment start from the same platform and diverge in what they do. Around that, Mapify handles the work a Malaysian team needs on the ground: site survey, deployment, handover and local support.
What GisiBot does on your site
Two platforms, one map
The humanoid works indoors at human height; the robot dog takes stairs, slopes and rough ground. Both report to the same dashboard, so a site is covered once rather than twice.
Patrols that never skip a round
Routes plan themselves across the map. Set the times from the app and GisiBot walks the round — every pass logged, every position live on the map.
It sees the obstacle and goes around
Real-time sensing spots anything blocking the path, recalculates a route on the spot and carries on — no operator, no stalled mission.
Face recognition
Faces are matched against your authorised database as GisiBot patrols. Recognised staff pass through; unknown faces are flagged to your team with the time and place attached.
Multilingual voice assistant
Ask GisiBot a question and it answers aloud in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese — drawn from your own knowledge base, and able to act on simple commands rather than only reply.
Gesture control and follow-me
Hand signals start, stop and trigger tasks when hands are full, and follow-me mode keeps GisiBot at your shoulder through plantations, sites and corridors.
How GisiBot feeds Gisify

Map
Before anything else, GisiBot builds the map. The humanoid's built-in lidar captures interior space as it walks; the robot dog carries a top-mounted lidar over the ground it cannot reach.
- Real-time 3D lidar capture of terrain and structures
- Mapping that holds up in tight or low-light spaces
- One environment model both platforms navigate from
- Analysis-ready 3D layers in Gisify

Patrol
Once the map exists, patrol routes plan themselves across it. Set the times from the app and GisiBot walks the round — every pass logged, every position live.
- Automatic path planning across the digital map
- Patrol times and missions scheduled from the app
- Live position and mission status on your phone
- Obstacles detected, rerouted around and logged

Detect
GisiBot's onboard vision identifies what matters as it moves — and every detection lands in Gisify as a geo-tagged event with its image attached.
- People, assets and objects of interest spotted on patrol
- Warehouse racks and stock items located on request
- Detection events logged with image evidence
- Pinned to the exact spot they were seen

Recognise
Faces are matched against your authorised database in real time, and anything that does not match reaches your team while it still matters.
- Authorised staff matched to their profile and passed through
- Unrecognised faces flagged as unknown
- Watchlist matches raised as high-priority alerts
- Every alert carrying its time, place and live feed

Converse
Ask GisiBot a question out loud and it answers out loud — in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese, from a knowledge base you control.
- Voice questions answered from your own knowledge base
- Answers stay within the content you approve
- Replies in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese
- Simple commands carried out, not just answered

Sense
Swappable sensors turn GisiBot into a walking survey station for agriculture and the environment.
- Soil-moisture probes for plantation health checks
- Crop health captured row by row
- PM2.5, CO₂ and gas readings on the move
- Continuous environmental surfaces, not spot readings

Sync
Everything GisiBot captures flows one way: into Gisify, live.
- Every reading pinned to the centimetre
- Streamed back from site as it happens
- Every robot, route and alert on one command dashboard
- Ground truth ready to analyse the moment it's collected
How a site gets mapped and patrolled
Eight steps from the first scan to a live dashboard. One to four happen once; five to eight run for as long as the site does.
Lidar scan
Real-time 3D capture of the environment as the robots walk it.
Humanoid mapping
The humanoid covers interior space and builds spatial context.
Robot dog sensing
The robot dog adds top lidar coverage over rough ground.
Digital map
A single environment model, ready for both platforms.
Patrol routes
Paths planned automatically across the finished map.
Scheduling
Patrol times and missions set from the app.
Mobile control
Monitor, pause or redirect any mission from your phone.
Command centre
Every robot, route and alert on one Gisify dashboard.
